The RD-RX822 is compatible with 10-45T, 10-51T 12-speed SHIMANO MTB cassettes, and the chain tensioner has an ON/OFF switch for easy wheel removal.

- Shadow Plus uses a chain stabilizing switch that, when on, will reduce chain bounce in rough terrain, maintaining more stable drive and shifting
- High-tolerance cold forged aluminium link plates and body construction is extremely light and durable
- Compatible with 12-speed Hyperglide Plus chains
