Harlie is a nature inspired artist who is inspired by the world around her. Harlie has spent this summer growing her own flowers in her garden that backs onto Epping forest. As well as dipping her toes into flower growing, she has been designing floral displays for others and has found great peace in working more phsyically with flowers and getting to know their shapes and beauty.
This piece was painted from dahlias sitting in her art studio after being cut from the garden. The pink background brings a lot of warmth and tranquility to a room.
